I am a woman, but can I wear a men's kimono?Yes, you can. Some people do that sometimes.

What should I do with my underwear?Heattech is recommended in winter. Other than that, you can wear your underwear as usual. You will be asked to change your socks to tabi.

I'm tall, but I'm worried about whether I can wear a kimono.Most kimonos can be worn without problems if you are between 140cm and 170cm tall. If you are taller than 170cm, the kimono may look a little short. Please contact us if you are under 140cm or over 170cm.

Is there anything I need to bring when renting a kimono?No, there is none. Come empty-handed. However, in winter, heattech or hot packs will be helpful as a measure against the cold.

How long does it take to Kitsuke?For women, hair setting + kimono kitsuke takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. For men, it takes about 10 minutes.

Can I choose what obi and props I want?You can choose the style you want from the range included in the plan. You can also select accessories such as hair accessories and bags by consulting with the representative and Kitsuke hairdresser. We will assist you with full coordination to suit your desired style.

Is the couple plan available for women (men)?sorry. The couple plan is only available to men and women.

I've never worn a kimono (yukata) before, so I don't know how to choose.The experienced representative and Kitsuke's hairdresser assist with full coordination according to the style desired by the customer. We have over 400 styles, so you're sure to find a style you like.

Are there any restrictions on waist or hip size?You can wear it without any problems if your waist and hips are up to 90cm. If you are anxious, please consult in advance.

I am pregnant. Is it possible to rent a kimono?Yes, you can rent kimonos even during pregnancy. Usually, kimono is something that pregnant women wear and live with as traditional Japanese clothing, so it is not something that pregnant women cannot wear. However, it will be difficult unlike the clothes you usually wear. We recommend that you not overexert yourself and take sufficient rest while experiencing the experience.

How long does it take to depart after visiting the store?In most cases, it takes about an hour, considering the process of choosing kimono and yukata, choosing props, kitsuke, and hair set.

Do you accept the credit cards issued overseas to pay for kimono rental?Yes, you can use most overseas issued credit cards.

I think I need to change my schedule. If I cancel my reservation, do I have to pay a cancellation fee?Kimono rental can be canceled without a cancellation fee. (A reservation deposit is required for the snapshot plan.) We would appreciate it if you could contact us to cancel at least two days in advance. We do not charge cancellation fees, but please be sure to contact us to cancel even if it is on that day.

Is it possible to change the rental plan on the same day?Yes, you can change your kimono rental plan on the same day. You can come to the store and look at the kimono in person to decide on a plan.

I couldn't make a reservation. Can I go to the store in person?Yes, you can come to our store and rent a kimono without a reservation. We recommend you check the holidays on Google Maps before visiting.

Is it possible to change the number of people on the same day?Yes, you can change the number of people on the same day.

I got caught in the rain and my kimono got wet.Even if it gets wet in the rain, you can return it as is. Be careful not to fall on rainy days.

Can I return it the next day?You can return it the next day, but a deposit of 10,000 yen is required. The deposit will be refunded after the kimono is returned. (An additional extension fee will be charged, 1,000 yen per person for less than 1 hour.)

If my kimono or yukata is soiled or torn, how should I compensate?Be honest about stains that won't come off, blood, holes, cuts, or tears. We accept up to 14,000 yen. We will explain the precautions before departure, but please be especially careful about coffee, sauce stains, cigarette ash punctures, etc.

Can I just change clothes and take my kimono and small items?Yes, it's okay. After checking the kimono and accessories, the return is complete.

How long does it take to return it?It only takes about 5 minutes per person.

When returning the hairset, will you help me return it to its original state?sorry. When returning the hairset, it is your responsibility to return it to its original state. If you wish, this is available for an additional fee.

What time is the return time?Please do so by 18:00, which is the closing time.

Do you also provide information on sightseeing in Nara, sightseeing in Osaka, sightseeing in Kyoto, etc.?Yes, there are many world heritage sites in Nara, and there is also a deer park 10 minutes away from the store. We provide information on nearby tourist attractions, hot places, and good places to take pictures.

Can I rent a wig?Hairset is included, but we do not have any wigs. If you bring it with you, we will put it on for you.

Can I leave luggage such as suitcases, strollers, etc.?Yes, we will store it for free in the store.

Can I bring a kimono or yukata and ask for just the kitsuke?It is possible, but kitsuke costs 4,000 yen, and if there is hair setting, a separate fee of 2,200 yen is required.

Can I get traditional Japanese makeup for an additional fee?Please consult in advance.
