Most kimonos can be worn without problems if you are between 140cm and 170cm tall. If you are taller than 170cm, the kimono may look a little short. Please contact us if you are under 140cm or over 170cm.

You can wear it without any problems if your waist and hips are up to 100cm. If your measurements exceed this, please feel free to consult with us.

Sorry. The couple plan is only available to men and women.

For women, hair setting + kimono kitsuke takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
For men, it takes about 10 minutes.

You can choose the style you want from the range included in the plan. You can also select accessories such as hair accessories and bags by consulting with the representative and Kitsuke hairdresser. We will assist you with full coordination to suit your desired style.

You can wear your underwear as usual when wearing a kimono. In winter, we recommend wearing Heattech or other thin, warm innerwear to keep comfortable. Before putting on the kimono, you will be dressed in a juban (kimono undergarment), which is worn underneath the kimono. You will also be asked to change your socks to tabi.

In most cases, it takes about an hour, considering the process of choosing kimono and yukata, choosing props, kitsuke, and hair set.

Yes, you can! Women are welcome to choose a men's kimono rental if they prefer the style or fit. Some of our customers enjoy wearing men's kimono for a more relaxed or unique look. Please feel free to ask our staff when you visit, and we will be happy to help you choose a kimono that suits you.

Yes, you can! Men are welcome to enjoy our women's kimono rental, including homongi rental, furisode rental, and women's yukata rental. If you would like to try a different style or simply enjoy wearing a beautiful women's kimono while sightseeing in Nara, please feel free to ask our staff. We will be happy to help you choose a style that suits you.

Yes, pregnant women can enjoy our kimono rental service. Kimono has traditionally been worn by women throughout different stages of life, including pregnancy. However, wearing a kimono involves dressing and tying the obi, so it may feel more restrictive than your usual clothes. Please let our staff know that you are pregnant so we can adjust the dressing as comfortably as possible. We have also had customers who chose a furisode rental for maternity photos and enjoyed a special pregnancy commemorative photo experience in kimono. Your comfort and safety come first, so please avoid overexertion, take plenty of rest, and choose a style and dressing method that feels comfortable for you.

Yes, we accept most major credit cards issued overseas, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Credit card payments are available for kimono rental and other eligible services at our store. Please note that our photo shoot service is available for cash payment only.

Yes, you can view the kimonos in person and check how they look in the mirror before deciding on your rental plan.

Yes, you can change the number of people on the same day.

Kimono rental reservations can be canceled without a cancellation fee. A reservation deposit is required for our Nara photo shoot plan. We would appreciate it if you could contact us at least two days in advance if you need to cancel. We do not charge a cancellation fee, but please be sure to contact us to let us know, even if you need to cancel on the day of your reservation.

Please do so by 18:00, which is the closing time.

It only takes about 5 minutes per person.

You can return it the next day, but a deposit of 10,000 yen is required. The deposit will be refunded after the kimono is returned. (An additional extension fee will be charged, 1,000 yen per person for less than 1 hour.)

Yes, it's okay. After checking the kimono and accessories, the return is complete.

Be honest about stains that won't come off, blood, holes, cuts, or tears. We accept up to 14,000 yen. We will explain the precautions before departure, but please be especially careful about coffee, sauce stains, cigarette ash punctures, etc.

Even if it gets wet in the rain, you can return it as is. Be careful not to fall on rainy days.

Hairset is included, but we do not have any wigs. If you bring it with you, we will put it on for you.

It is possible, but kitsuke costs 4,000 yen, and if there is hair setting, a separate fee of 2,200 yen is required.

Yes, there are many world heritage sites in Nara, and there is also a deer park 10 minutes away from the store. We provide information on nearby tourist attractions, hot places, and good places to take pictures. See Nara Tourism Guide
